TKC is owned and operated by Daniel Twiselton (Founder and Managing Director) and Christopher Norman (Founder and Sales & Operations Director). Dan and Chris established the business in London having identified the opportunity for specialist, professional and bespoke After-Build and Sparkle cleaning services targeted at the construction industry.
Daniel Twiselton
Founder & Managing Director
Dan graduated from the University of Leeds with a History and Business Management Degree. He is an entrepreneur who has gone on to have a rich and diverse career owning businesses in retail, finance, recruitment and now, after build cleaning.
Christopher Norman
Founder and Sales & Operations Director
Chris had a long and successful career in the construction recruitment industry before he became the national sales director and head of after build at a cleaning company. Chris has developed the vast TKC network and client base enjoyed by our business today.
Our People
The secret to our growth and success lies with our staff, some of whom have been with us since the beginning. We have a detailed management structure, from Operations and Managing Director level through to the SSSTS qualified supervisors and our fully trained staff on the ground.
We are 100% committed to our clients and to the quality of the services we deliver. All our cleaning operatives are fully trained to meet these high standards. All our staff hold CSCS cards and are always supported by fully trained supervisors. Many of these supervisors have first aid training and hold IPAF and PASMA qualifications. All our operatives wear our distinctive company branded uniforms and are fully insured to work on construction sites across the UK.
Our Franchisees
We are looking for committed and capable business partners in just 21 franchise territories. Our TKC franchisees will have excellent relationship management skills and capabilities being able to communicate successfully with everyone from senior management in the boardroom to builders on site.
