Our journey began in early 2012 with just one client, one vehicle, some basic equipment and a small group of like-minded, hard-working people. Today, we have grown ten-fold and are extremely proud to call some of the UK’s largest construction companies as clients as well as many smaller more specialist contractors whom we continue to work for, project after project.

Once established, we maintained our focus on being specialists in our niche sector allowing us to become a highly successful and profitable business. The TKC brand has widespread client awareness and is accepted by a whole host of corporate clients as the industry leading, ‘Go-to’ service provider for after build and sparkle cleaning services. Demand for our services increased and we received regular enquiries from all over the UK. Establishing our brand regionally by offering business format franchise opportunities was the logical next step. We continue to offer our expertise, but now with the opportunity to work locally with our franchise business partners, offering our professional branded service to clients on projects the length and breadth of the country.
